a school and consultancy for making money with ai: getting an ai job fast, marketing yourself, and building your own products or consulting for others.
This year I wrote a book around one line: y = f(x) + ε. y is what you want. x is what you put in. f is however the world turns one into the other, and ε is luck.
I landed on it because nobody hands you a y. You pick it. You also never get to see f directly; you watch what goes in and what comes out, and you adjust. And because ε is real, one day’s result tells you very little. The average over many days tells you a lot.
That is why this site looks the way it does. Every goal has one lagging number, the outcome I actually want, and a few leading numbers, the inputs I control and can check daily. Everything is logged, nothing is edited, and when I change my mind it shows up as a new entry, not a rewrite.
